The Bryan Turner Basketball Summer Camp offers the chance to learn the game the same way the Southside Catholic Dragons squad is coached during the season. The Basketball program has a proven record of team success and individual improvement. The 2018 AAA Conference Coach of the Year Bryan Turner has put together a camp designed to develop players using the methods he and his staff have employed during 25 years of basketball experience. Poise, Pride and Pressure are the building blocks to his basketball philosophy. The 3 P's. Poise is the ability to recognize and maintain a particular state of mental readiness and preparedness. Pride is the feeling of deep fulfillment and satisfaction from one's own achievements and the achievement of those closely associated. And Pressure the continuous physical force exerted on or against an opponent, task or object by something in contact with it.
Poise
The Principle of Being Poise is related to always being ready no matter the situation. During camp, we put athletes through workouts that enhance their readiness for competition that is fun and engaging.
PRIDE
The Principle of Pride is related to team work, setting goals, and striving at all cost to reach those goals. The Dragon athletes will provide direction as camp counselors to help campers understand school and team pride.
Pressure
The Principle of Pressure is related to athletes ability to overcome obstacles that appear to be hard. Campers have fun playing games with athletes of all different skills ability to help better their basketball game.

Cash and checks are both accepted and can be turned in with the form or the first day of camp.
